We are a large retail company that want to reduce our IT department and our costs. Therefore we are searching for a low-cost outsourcing company that can offer us a reliable long term relationship with highly skilled developers. We are searching for following services:
- AJAX
- PHP5/MySQL
- XML
- Web 2.0
- Linux (Web and Mail) serveradministration
- Joomla
- Oscommerce
- Openbravo (Java and PostgreSQL) (optional)
- Design skills (3D Studio Max, Flash banners, Print ads) (optional).
Currently we have 3 big projects, and are planing to begin 2 more big projects. All are web projects and needs to be maintened and updated continuitiesly after been completed.

We are Trealm, a Chinese software outsourcing team( http://www.trealm.com) in Shanghai. We have professional software development engineers and QA engineers especially for web application development and testing.

For web application, we are good at developing web app by Java and PHP. The following 2 are the projects we finished recently.

It\\\'s a travel social web site, it already has 10, 000 free and VIP members The web site has its own blog, forum, advertising system. VIP members also can sell their products, equipment to others, it supports online payment by integrating with chinese bank\\\'s online payment system.
b. www.vrteams.com
It\\\'s a social web2.0 application. The target end users are small business group and startup company. The web site can help those groups to manage Tasks, Projects, Employees, Financial. The web site has its own mail list system. It\\\'s under development and will be released by next month.
Our average hourly rate is around 10-15$. But for the first person-week(40 hours), we have a 20% discount for every customer.
