We are currently seeking professional, dedicated virtual assistants.
This is an ongoing, long-term requirement.
We are seeking professionals with the following skill set:
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Data entry skills.
• Ability to write (using proper spelling and grammar) and speak English.
• Experience conducting research on the Internet.
• Familiarity with search engines and other tools online.
• Knowledge and experience surfing/navigating the Internet.
• Experience completing forms, submitting articles, and blogging online.
• Knowledge and experience working with Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to communicate via email and Skype Internet phone service.
• Attention to detail and professionalism.
• Directions will be given, but the ability to work independently is important.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Prior experience with data submission, blogging, data entry, and document preparation are highly desirable.
• Ability to work 20 to 40 hours per week
You must own a computer and have high speed internet access.
You must be willing to sign a work agreement and confidentiality statement.
Most important, you must be able to work independently, be highly motivated, and self-reliant once tasks are given.

Job Descreiption:
The work requirement is primarily Data Entry and requires very little technical skill (no programming, web design, etc.). As real estate brokers, we have certain sellers of real estate properties who have authorized us
to market their properties. The responsibility of the assistant will be to make sure that my website is kept current with the properties these sellers have on their web sites (and/or from emails from me). The assistant will be authorized to manage
these sellers and their respective properties through the "Admin" portion of our site.
I would like to do a 1-week trial with a maximum of 10 hours per week, with check-in/review after first 3 hours. If this is a positive experience, you can expect the same or more hours on a weekly
or bi-weekly basis.
Speed of work and cost are important! We are currently reviewing other offers as low as US$1.75 per hour. Since our work is continuous hours requiring regular cash expenses in cash for this work, as a small business owner the cost per hour that we pay will need to be as low as possible without sacraficing quality. Any small miscalculation
could cost us to suffer very large expenses and losses.
